Apricity Resources provides a full suite of back office shared services to the Long Term and Post-Acute Care Industry. Based in Nashville, TN we currently support over 10,000 SNF beds as well as Therapy, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Hospice and Palliative Care providers operating across the United States.

We understand that taking care of patients and residents requires the full focus of an operator. What We Do

The project management office (“PMO”), defines and maintains standards for project management. The experienced PMO team assists clients in achieving standardization and economies of repetition in the execution of projects to ensure their success. Whether the PMO is engaged as an additional project resource or working to help your organization create its own PMO, the team is driven by delivering value while helping clients avoid risks and pitfalls.

FINANCIAL SERVICES

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

The Apricity Resources accounts payable (“AP”) department processes and pays vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements, disbursing funds via the printing and mailing of checks, ACH, and credit card payments. Accounts payable focuses on ensuring timely payments to vendors and pursuing discounts and refunds where possible, while monitoring invoices for potential scams or fraud. The department’s goal is to improve the efficiency of payment processing while providing superior customer service and improved visibility into the AP process for its customers.

BILLING AND COLLECTIONS

Apricity Resources’ billing support center specializes in the billing and collections of claims for Skilled Nursing Facilities. By leveraging the benefits provided from a centrally located, highly trained staff, Apricity Resources can improve cash flow through a reduction in claims processing time, rejections, and denials. Along with filing the majority of third-party claims directly, the billing center supports field-based office personnel located within the Skilled Nursing Facilities. This collaboration offers the benefits of both an efficient back office process and the support for your local team. Apricity Resources also provides all necessary accounts receivable software program support for those systems used within the billing process, including software configuration, maintenance, and training.

PAYROLL SERVICES

Apricity Resources provides a full-service payroll function for more than 14,000 customer employees, making biweekly payments via direct deposit, pay cards, and live checks. The department performs all services traditionally associated with payroll, including calculating and remitting taxes and court-ordered wage garnishments while ensuring compliance with Affordable Care Act requirements. Apricity Resources’ payroll services also provide ongoing software system and process training and support to end users, allowing for a cost-effective method of process standardization. Additional support for your local team is also delivered with payroll analytics and ongoing monitoring for potential discrepancies, abnormalities, or fraud.

TRAVEL AND EXPENSE MANAGEMENT

The Travel and Expense Management (“T&E”) team customizes and maintains corporate travel programs and automated expense systems. The team is focused on operational excellence surrounding all aspects of travel and expense reporting, including air travel, hotel stays, rental car reservations, and technology.

Apricity Resources’ travel and expense management capabilities include:

  • Standardizing, centralizing, and automating travel and expense processes
